Cancellation policy for Transfers in 2008:

DEPOSITS:

•   Transfers, with or without London/cross-country day tours, will be deemed payable, in full, at the time of booking.

•  For the protection of pre-payments, all monies received in advance of the tour will be placed in a Trust account until such time as the tour has been completed. All invoices will be billed in £ Sterling for payment either by MasterCard/Visa card, by automatic bank transfer direct to the company account or by Sterling cheque, drawn on an English bank.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE:

•  In the event of cancellation, notice must be given in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail by the lead client, in whose name the booking is made, at the earliest opportunity, or by phone as a last resort. Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt and acknowledged by Denise Ryeland by return, and fees are as follows:

If you cancel: Transfers

•  Outside 60 days: Full Refund
•  Between 30 - 60 days: Full Refund
•  Between 7 - 30 days: 50% of total transfer/tour cost
•  Between 1 – 7 days: 100% of the total transfer cost

If Tours of the Realm has to cancel:

•  If, for any reason, Tours of the Realm is unable to undertake the transfer, Denise Ryeland will give notice in writing to the lead client, in whose name the booking is made, either by letter, fax or e-mail and alternative transportation will always be arranged on clients' behalf.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE JUST IN CASE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP FOR SOME REASON
